Altitude Testing
Altitude Testing
What is this?
Altitude testing is the controlled use of a vacuum chamber to simulate changes in air pressure that can damage a product in fluctuating pressure environments.
Why is this performed?
Altitude testing is performed to expose a product's sensitivities to altitudes which may affect its performance. Altitude testing can offset any additional costs which may be incurred due to altitude related failures.
Anecto has the capacity to provide altitude testing for a variety of product and package designs. We can also combine altitude testing with temperature and vibration tests to simulate complex conditions.
