Bubble leak test in a whole package integrity test as it tests all of the package and not just the seals. This involves inflating the package and submerging it into water to specific depth of water for a specific length of time. The package is examined for evidence of failure demonstrated by bubbles emerging through the seal or anywhere on the surface of the pouch. If the pouch is manufactured using Tyvek great care must be taken not to over inflate the pouch as Tyvek has a very low breathing point which is slightly above 500mpsi.
