Combined Environmental Testing
Combined environmental testing is the simultaneous use of thermal cycling and electrodynamic vibration to accelerate stress in order to precipitate latent defects.
Each specific stress will precipitate specific failure mechanisms.
Combined environmental testing is not unlike HALT except the testing is performed to international standards and its vibration capability is programmable.
